Hi I was recently abroad and lost connection to my virgin media email for a short time. When it was re-established I found that some of my emails especially those dated around 28th April to May 3rd were no longer showing. One of these was important. How do I retrieve them?

Are you using an email app (perhaps on your phone) or an email client such as Microsoft Outlook or Mail to manage your emails?

If so, try checking your VM Webmail account on the VM website- you can do that from here https://mail2.virginmedia.com/  

Check whether those emails are still showing there, worth checking in your Trash folder as well.

Sadly if they are not in any of the folders in your Webmail account then they cannot be retrieved. VM do not keep back up copies of emails.
