following the death of my mother, I have taken on her broadband etc and stayed with virgin. My problem is that my stepfather had an email address attached to my mother’s account which I was told I could migrate over to my new account. However it has stopped working. I am wondering if it possible to salvage it?

Thank you for reaching out to us in our community and welcome, we are sorry to hear about your loss, please accept our condolences, when your Mum passed away was the account closed and a new one taken up in another name or was this transferred over by our Bereavement team, is the new account in your name or your Step fathers name?

the account was transferred over to me by the bereavement team. The new account is in my name and I would like my stepfathers email to be transferred over also, if this is possible.
We can certainly have a look at bringing the email over.
I cannot guarantee it is possible as the former account may be disconnected now.
But i'd like to try anyway.
