Hi,I hope someone can help please. Just this week any email sent from my organization to blueyonder.co.uk, virginmedia.com and virgin.net are getting delayed or blocked.
Please can someone help resolve this. All other sent emails to anywhere else are sending out fine.
The error in our exchange 2016 server queue is: 400 4.4.7 Message delayed
I didn't want to post any info for my organization on a public forum but happy to share in a private message.

This issue is now resolved as after inspecting the logs further it was due to a fqdn address needing to be added to our exchange server in powershell. Message to all now sending fine.
