Managing subsidiary email accounts

I am no longer able to manage subsidiary email accounts and reset passwords as I have always been able to. Is there a different area I need to access to manage existing accounts. The only options I have are Delete account or Create New Account - neither of these help me. I need to reset my wife's password

You need to log into the My Virgin Media account for the secondary email address with the secondary email address and current password.

Once signed in click on Update Details> Account settings> scroll down until you see the edit password link.

So the primary account holder no longer has the ability to manage accounts fully? and if the secondary account holder can't remember her password to log on and go through the edit password process what are they supposed to do now?
Why do Virgin have to screw up a system that always worked well in the past?

Provided that password recovery questions & answers have been set up for the secondary account the Forgotten password route can be used to change the password if the current password has been forgotten.

VM apparently made the change to improve security of secondary accounts.

But the primary account holder is the one who is legally responsible for activity on the secondary account and as such should have control of the secondary if necessary - Virgin have once again gone politically correct and screwed things up.
