Maintaining Blueyonder email access

Hi All,

I have have a period of 4-5 months where i may need to rent prior to moving into my new home.

I am a longterm VM customer and currently use by Blueyonder email as my main personal email address. I am worried that the rental property (havent sourced one yet) may not be served by VM. Am I able to keep my account and, more importantly, my email active via purchasing something like a mobile broadband device if needed for the period?

Thanks

Chris

Re: Maintaining Blueyonder email access

Straightforward answer - no. You need to be a VM broadband customer to have access to VM mail. Your email address remains live for 90 days after you leave VM to enable you to switch to another provider. Why not do the sensible thing now and open anew address with one of the free non-ISP linked email providers and move to that gradually. No more portability issues either, ever.
