Main email account unavailable

I think like many on here I can't get emails on my main account. I've changed the password to no avail. Other emails on my account are fine.

Welcome back to our Community; I am sorry that you're having some issues with your email recently. May we ask how you are trying to access the email? Is this via webmail or an email client? 

 

Are you still able to log into your MyVirginMedia ok? Can you advise when you last attempted and when you last accessed your emails? 

 

Please do let us know and we can go from there.

Hi Katie, 

 

Yeah I can log onto my account to see bills etc but no email comes through and when I click email at the top of the page it says unavailable. I tried emails about two hours ago

I have checked your account and all seems to be looking ok from this end and we have no reported issues with the emails currently.

 

Do you only access via your webmail? You don't use an email client or via a mobile phone app? 

 

Can you please try again for me? Is it all your email accounts that are showing the error?
