I‘ve been unable to send or receive emails since yesterday on all my devices and via webmail. My iphone says: Cannot get Mail No password provided for Virginmedia. Webmail says:
Your mailbox is not available at the moment.
Please retry again in one hour and make sure you are using the correct password to access your email from all of your devices.
It started off on my Mac when it prompted me to re-enter my password, which I did. The same password I‘ve used for a year. It did not recognise it and subsequently I‘ve been locked out.
Please can someone help. I have some urgent mail I need to send.
