I‘ve been unable to send or receive emails since yesterday on all my devices and via webmail. My iphone says: Cannot get Mail No password provided for Virginmedia. Webmail says:
Your mailbox is not available at the moment.
Please retry again in one hour and make sure you are using the correct password to access your email from all of your devices.
It started off on my Mac when it prompted me to re-enter my password, which I did. The same password I‘ve used for a year. It did not recognise it and subsequently I‘ve been locked out.
Please can someone help. I have some urgent mail I need to send.

I'm sorry to hear you're having some issues with your email account.
Can you confirm if you've tried to change the password yourself?
Hi Alex _RM, Thanks for responding.
No, I haven‘t changed my password for a year or so.
Are you able to try a password reset now first please?
I’ve tried to do that in Settings on my Mac, but it asks for my existing password first. When I input it, it says “Unable to verify account name or password”.
When I try to reset my password via my Virgin media account, it says “Your Mailbox is not available…”
Are you able to go to your account here via webmail.
And choose the forgotten password options to change it?

I’ve just changed my password, but am still getting your Mailbox is unavailable at the moment.
UPDATE!! I tried it again and it’s worked. THANK YOU so much!!!!!!
Great to hear it's sorted!
Thank you for trying that 🙂
