I have not been able to access my email account since yesterday afternoon.

Resetting my password provided no joy, so could a forum team member please get in touch to resolve this issue.

The email is one of the old blueyonder ones and yes I am a current VM broadband customer.

I have just checked again after having been out for the evening and my email is back. So if this is due to action by a forum team member you have my thanks.

We were experiencing slow broadband issues yesterday and today which now seem to be sorted, perhaps the two are linked. Anyway it's good to have my old blueyonder address back as I am quite fond of it.

Thanks for posting and welcome to the community. I am glad to read the update the email is sorted. We didn't do anything here though.

 

Can I just ask, is the email address in question, linked to your active Virgin Media account?

 

You can log in to your online account - and check this 🙂
