Not been able to access my email account last few days. I can see it has been a common issue for others on the forum and they have had it resolved by posting on here so thought I would try this too instead of a lengthy wait on the helpline,
When trying to access via email tab on my virginmedia home page I just keep getting this message.
Your mailbox is not available at the moment
Please retry again in one hour and make sure you are using the correct password to access your email from all of your devices."
