Is this still occurring and can you confirm that you are attempting access directly from the webmail site and not from an app or email client? If so, I've sent you both a PM and please reply with your details so I can have a look at your accounts.
I can access the email from my phone but not from my laptop which is weird as i have no other internet problems, I am accessing directly from the virgin media site, I have the same problem when i try clicking on the service status !!
