Sorry to hear that you have been having email issues. Can you confirm if this is occurring directly from our webmail site or is this occurring with an app/email client?  We also do have an online troubleshooter that migiht help with your email issues: https://www.virginmedia.com/help/services-support/email

But let us know if you are still in need of help with your mailbox.
