Mailbox unavailable

Morning,

I can’t access my emails via the virgin website. I get the message below. I’d be very grateful if someone from Virgin could look into resetting it for me, please.

It is likely that your email account has been locked for security reasons.

If you haven't already done so follow the instructions here:

https://www.virginmedia.com/help/virgin-media-mail-my-email-account-is-locked

If that doesn't work then post back here and the VM Forum Team should be able to help you.

Thanks, Graham for your quick response and advice. I’ve done that and it hasn’t worked unfortunately.
