I am now on day 19 with my principal mailbox unavailable.
8 calls to VM fault team. Each promised call back has not happened, the latest being 2 days ago promised within 24 hours and now told I'd be called back today after another hour on hold and short dialogue.
My accounts are blueyonder and I use Outlook as my client. Today's adviser said I would have to change the smtp settings on Outlook but these are correct per VM. Any attempt to send mail via Outlook stays in Outbox.
I have the interest of a national newspaper consumer desk on this.
