haven’t been able to access my emails for 2 days .cant change password it’s an old ntl world account. some one has attempted to log into my Facebook so I’m wondering if my account has been hacked

Yes still a customer and if I click that link it says sorry we have a problem
I have escalated to the VM forum team, one of the VM staff will be along in this thread to resolve it for you.
Sorry to hear that you're having issues with your email account. I have been able to locate your account on our system and have re-enabled your mailbox, please could you try to log into your email account again and let me if it works or not.
