For the last few day my husbands email account has been inaccessible with the message
Mailbox unavailable at the moment
Please retry in one hour then contact detail for Virgin Media
Have tried on browser and app on phone - locked out. Phoned you and someone was getting back to me within 48hr they didn't.
Couldn't post this in my husbands name as we couldn't get on his email to verify his email address!!
