Mailbox unavailable

I am experiencing the mailbox unavailable issue and have been trying to get this sorted for some time. Please contact me to resolve, I have reset passwords and followed the guidance on your website.

Thank you for posting and welcome to the community!

 

I am sorry that you are having issues accessing your mailbox. Do you have multiple email addresses linked to your account that are having this issue or just one? Also is the password changing successfully or are you receiving some sort of error?

There are 2 addresses. Password change was succesful
