Mailbox unavailable

Hi, I’ve had no ntlworld email since the 15/06. Says mailbox unavailable on Webmail and can’t access through normal channels. This is the email address you send my bills to Si it’s beyond me why you deny access to it. Can you please sort it out.

Mailbox unavailable

Hi, I’ve been unable to access my mail since the 15/06. I am a customer and can’t understand how my mailbox has been shutdown while it’s attached to a valid account. Can you help ?

To turn the mail box back on we do need to pas data protection
