Mailbox unavailable

Hi, im having issued accessing my mailbox. Not been able to check my emails since thursday night! Tried to contact various people via text/live chat. Now been told to use the forum. Read the original thread - need help please!? Don’t even know how to post on the original thread. Someone contact me.

Can’t access email - 4th day.

I can’t access my email. Its been 4days now. 
changed my password - deleted it from my iphone. 
spoke to live chat & text - acknowledged a fault, should now be fixed but still can’t access?! 
need help urgently. Someone please contact me. 
Same error code - mailbox not available, try again in one hour  

read a thread on here in regards to issue, advised to comment by twitter team. Can’t seem to post on original thread.

Do you have a current VM broadband account and is the email address concerned attached to it?  The easiest way to check is to sign into your My Virgin Media account with your primary details and look under the My Profile and Manage Accounts tabs.  https://my.virginmedia.com/

Post back to let us know the answer to this and then we can move to the next steps in the advice chain.

Hi, 

 

thanks for the reply, yes we have a virginmedia broadband account. Although I am not the account holder but my primary email address is linked to this account.

Hey Nicoleharr3,


Can you confirm the following please


- Account Address with postcode

- The name on the account

- You are the account holder

- The 1st 3rd and 5th characters of the memorable word on the account


Account number would be good if you have it to hand but isn't a must for me to look into this.
