Hi, im having issued accessing my mailbox. Not been able to check my emails since thursday night! Tried to contact various people via text/live chat. Now been told to use the forum. Read the original thread - need help please!? Don’t even know how to post on the original thread. Someone contact me.
I can’t access my email. Its been 4days now. changed my password - deleted it from my iphone. spoke to live chat & text - acknowledged a fault, should now be fixed but still can’t access?! need help urgently. Someone please contact me. Same error code - mailbox not available, try again in one hour

Do you have a current VM broadband account and is the email address concerned attached to it? The easiest way to check is to sign into your My Virgin Media account with your primary details and look under the My Profile and Manage Accounts tabs. https://my.virginmedia.com/
