Mailbox unavailable

Hi guys,

I've had the "mailbox unavailable" message for a few days now. I can get into "my virgin media" absolutely fine. I've tried the password and security question reset as instructed by the help pages to unlock the account but no change. I've tried calling in, but understandably with whats going on in the world, numbers are down in the call centre and there's people who may have more serious issues than a locked mailbox.

Can this be sorted any other way?

Welcome to our forums and thanks for your first post to our Community - sorry that you're having some issues gaining access to your emails at the moment. 

 

Have you been able to access your emails via another mail client at all - is it just via the MyVirginMedia that you're having the issues?

It's via all platforms. Cannot access the mailbox at all.

Hi Emma, have read through all similar topics including that one, I doesn't really offer a solution, it appears VM IT need to reset the mailbox?

This is still ongoing, and nobody can help? Its really causing major issues now with important emails and password resets I can't access!
