Mailbox unavailable message

I keep getting the 'mailbox unavailable' message. No email service for over a week. Have contacted 'help' changed password etc. Any advice?

I am sorry you are having issues logging into your email. When you log on with a different device does it still show the same error?

On my phone I just get the message 'Sign-in failed'.
