Mailbox unavailable, incorrect password in Thunderbird & Gmail Android app

When I try to log in to one of my secondary email accounts via webmail, I am getting a "Your mailbox is not available at the moment" message. When I try to use Thunderbird on my PC or the Gmail android app to access the same account, both of them are saying the password is incorrect despite webmail accepting the same password to log in before showing me the unavailable message.

This issue first appeared on Wednesday and I had to change the password associated with the email address to regain access to it but the issue has reappeared today

It is likely that the email account has been locked by VM for security reasons.

The Forum Team should be able to help you with this.  They will respond to this thread in due course.

Just to update the thread, the mailbox was ordered and we also did an upgrade of the router from a 2ac to a 3 🙂
