The mailbox in question is a secondary mailbox (The Wifes no less!) She noticed unusual activity on it, so I changed the password. I have since changed the password twice but its still unavailable.
I have tried unsuccessfully emailing, messaging and calling customer services, can anyone help?

I am sorry to hear that your Wife is getting a message to advise that her mailbox is unavailable.
This could be potentially locked from our side so we will need to take a closer look.
