Mailbox unavailable for several days now!

HELP PLEASE ADMIN URGENT


I cannot access my virgin media email mailbox. I keep getting the following message, even though I can access my virgin media account;

Your mailbox is not available at the moment.

Please retry again in one hour and make sure you are using the correct password to access your email from all of your devices.

If the problem continues, please call our team for help on 150 from a Virgin Media phone or mobile, or 0345 454 1111 from any other phone and select option 2. For details about how much it costs to call our team from a Virgin Media home phone, visit virginmedia.com/callcosts. Call costs from other networks and mobiles vary.

 

Admins please help me I need access to this urgently. I have done a virus scan and changd my password as suggested in other posts, and I still can’t get in!

Sorry to hear that you're having issues with your mailbox @Jack1011.

 

I have been able to locate your account and have re-enabled your mailboxes, they were already enabled but this should hopefully reset your connection to the mailbox.

 

Please could you try to access your mailbox and let me know if if works now?

Hello. It now just says forbidden when I try and access it.

Could you PM me please to try and sort this. It’s an important email address and I really need access to it. I now no longer get mailbox unavailable, I instead get ‘forbidden’. Thanks

Just an update, I have looked into this and have had to raise with our IT team to fix the issue and @Jack1011 has been informed of this via a private message.
