I read again and again on this board about how people have tried to get their mailbox access issue sorted. My wife's mailbox was made "unavailable temporarily" 5 weeks ago in mid-process of sending an email and despite attempts by texting, phoning, contacting the chief executive of VM, and private messages in reply to a previous posting here it is still unavailable - or rather FORBIDDEN now! Almost three weeks ago it was finally passed to the IT team, to respond in 3-5 days. Of course nothing. Two weeks ago a message from Forum here that it was being sorted asap - but it's not sorted of course and there is no evidence that anybody is even listening to the problem, never mind trying to sort it out.
Has anybody any suggestions how we can contact VM to get this even heard?
My wife's charity has had a £480,000 contract delayed and jeopardised because people could not contact her and VM don't seem to care.
