Well thanks VM for absolutely nothing.......not one reply from VM, useless india call centre. Now I understand that there is a limited number of staff at work but I would've thought that after 5 hours someone could have just responded to say we are on it?
Thanks for using the forums to get this issue looked into, I am sorry you're having this issue with your email and that you feel there's been a delay in us responding. We usually take up to 48 hours to respond to posts so we're working ahead of time at the moment.
Can I ask if there is any other error messages coming up when you try to login to your email please?
3 days now and still no email. I had a response asking for my details via a pm....was that to placate me?
I'll give VM 24 hrs to fix this debacle and then I'll ring to close my account and go to BT or Sky. I need to respond to important emails .....are you listening VM or are you just another faceless corporation treating customers with disdain?
