Mailbox unavailable error

Hello VM,

I am yet another customer with the mailbox unavailable error.

If you could fix asap I would be very grateful, I really need to be able to access my account and send 2 very important emails today.

Well thanks VM for absolutely nothing.......not one reply from VM, useless india call centre.  Now I understand that there is a limited number of staff at work but I would've thought that after 5 hours someone could have just responded to say we are on it?

Hello Davz,

Thanks for using the forums to get this issue looked into, I am sorry you're having this issue with your email and that you feel there's been a delay in us responding. We usually take up to 48 hours to respond to posts so we're working ahead of time at the moment. 

Can I ask if there is any other error messages coming up when you try to login to your email please?

FYI I have been experiencing very slow performance for just emails, takes about 20 seconds for an email to load and sometimes the server doesn't respond at all.

Email still not working

3 days now and still no email.  I had a response asking for my details via a pm....was that to placate me? 

I'll give VM 24 hrs to fix this debacle and then I'll ring to close my account and go to BT or Sky.  I need to respond to important emails .....are you listening VM or are you just another faceless corporation treating customers with disdain?

VM email accounts hacked

Dear Moderator,

Please answer this question.....

Is the reason why VM have locked email accounts due to a hacking attack ?

This happened in Feb/march but no one was told.
