Mailbox unavailable at the moment

Hi

I have been unable to access my VM emails for over a week now and keep getting the message above. Called 150 many times , no joy, found a text number and messaged that, still no luck. Changed password successfully but same message above.  Can anybody help please?

Mailbox unavailable at the moment

I have been unable to access my VM emails for over a week now. Have changed the password but the above error message comes up. Phoned 150 several times but not got through. Found a text message number so used that and got a few automated responses but nothing since. Can anybody help please?

Making multiple posts will not help get the issue addressed more quickly. The VM Forum Team work through posts in chronological order.  They will reach yours but are very busy at the moment.
