Mailbox unavailable (Webmail) / Windows 10 Not collecting mail
Posting on behalf of my Father-in-law who is not IT savvy.
Windows10 Mail app is not collecting email, plus I have logged in to his account (with his permission) but am getting the Mailbox unavailable message. Unfortunately, support via the phone weren't particularly helpful stating that it must be a password issue - even though I had successfully logged in my.virginmedia.com with valid credentials.
Please can anyone assist. This is causing much stress in their household as they are shielded due to Coronavirus and need to do online grocery shop but need to validate their account with Tesco (by being sent an email which he can't currently access).
