Mailbox unavailable all day.Followed instructions to change password and run Virus scans. Please give further instructions to solve this. Many thanks.

Welcome back to our Community Forums! Thank you for your post and I'm sorry to hear that you're having issues accessing your mailbox at the moment!

I'm glad that you've been able to access your emails on your laptop and the Chromebook. Have you been able to access your mailbox on your mobile device? It can take a few minutes for the new password to be updated on our systems, so we would advise resetting the password to something new and unique and wait at least 10 mins before trying the new password again.

How are you trying to access your email? By an app on a device or with a browser to your VM account?

What messages are you getting? What devices and apps are you using? 

 

Thankyou for your help. I have a laptop,a Chromebook and an Android phone. I was using the Google Chrome browser to my VM account. The good news is I can now access my emails on the laptop and the Chromebook after changing the password again, for which I am very grateful.  I cannot access emails on my Samsung phone. The new password is showing in the Password manager on my phone so it could be a sync. problem. I will try again tomorrow.
