For the past couple of days I've been unable to check email in my Outlook app. I've tried logging in through a webpage and I get the 'Your mailbox is not available at the moment.' message. I have read the stickied post saying that to unlock it I need to reset my password, however the website to reset my password seems to not work.
I've tried resetting it from my profile, but that just gives me a spinning wheel and nothing happens. I've also tried a reset from the 'forgot password' part where it asks for your security question and DOB. Once I submit those details it takes me to a page that says this;
We're sorry this isn't the page you wanted.
This part of the site isn't working at the moment, but it'll be up and running again soon.
What can I do? I need access to my emails!
