I'm sorry to hear about the issues your father is having regarding his mailbox.
We will be able to assist generally on here but not specific as only the account holder can specifically discuss these issues should it go to a private chat.
May I ask if your father is able to try and sign in via the web mail for his mailbox?
Please also clear cache and cookies or try another browser / device.
If all the above fail, please try a virus scan and then let us know and we can go on from there.
