Recently had my blueyonder email hacked and can’t gain access via the virgin media Mail link on signing into VM. The response is your mailbox is not available at the moment. They advise to login to virgin media and change password… but this only changes my virgin media account not my email. Can’t find a online chat to discuss with VM? So now I’m not receiving any mail to this account, and all I want to do is close the email account down! Any help much appreciated

I'm sorry to see that you are having issues with accessing your mailbox. Thanks for trying to reset the password option as this is something we would usually advise to try to help with this.
