Like many other users, I'm being affected by the 'Your mailbox is not available at the moment' issue. Haven't been able to access them for 5 days now. Every time I ring Virgin I get told they are 'working on it' and 'it will be fixed soon'! Since I couldn't access my emails so I couldn't verify myself on Community to be able to post. Strange thing is my secondary email account suddenly started working and I have had to re-register with that email just to be able to post on here.
I heard the solution is to create a post and DM the affected email when asked by a member of staff, so fingers crossed this post is seen and then acted on.
What annoys me was that it took them 3 days to even acknowledge that there was a problem and that they are still not doing so via the service status.
