I have an issue with a secondary email mailbox - the message has come up that the mailbox is not available. I’m concerned that someone may have tried to access the account and it’s been locked. I have reset the password but still unable to log in and the mailbox is unavailable message appears. Looking at previous messages I can see that this has been happening to others recently- please can this be looked at?
Thanks for your post and welcome to the community forums, sorry to hear that you have been having email issues. Have you tried the forgot username function to see if the correct username is being entered? Are you able to log into the primary mailbox?
I can log in to all other email accounts, just one has the mailbox unavailable message. The username is fine too, I was able to change the password but when I logged in that is when message appeared - looking at posts there are a lot of people with same issue
