My wife has been unable to access her VM mailbox for over a week. Called 150 many times , no joy, found a text number and messaged that, still no luck. Changed password successfully but same message above. Can anybody help please? (She cant post here herself as to join the forum she needs to have her email address verified.....and cant access them!....hence my post)
@Ianwain Gareth is, of course, spot on with his comments about account ownership, however, it isn't clear from your post if your wife is the account holder with your address being the secondary one, or if it is the other way round, with you being the account holder having set a secondary account for your wife to use.
