Mailbox locked - day 3 and no help

Locked by VM on Thursday for no reason (I was sending batches of photos to my PC from ipad to print out) and have had 6 conversations, which I struggled to understand frankly, both because of use of jargon and strong accents. I have been issued with a Ticket number but noone calls to help. 

I have been with VM for 10 years and am 70, and this has made me cry because I literally go in circles on website, and have now created new logins and passwords for different email accounts, which means I now have no idea at all where I am or what I am doing.

So I have just called to see what the Early Disconnection Fee is as I cannot take the stress of such poor service! If anyone can help that would change my day! Wait time on phone is ludicrous....

Last thing I did was send a photo and then found I was locked out of my email account. (had it for over 10 years) It's been a few days now and no word from VM people here. Am reluctant to phone as my hearing is terrible and I find it very hard to follow what is being said.

Anyway, this seems to be a very regular thing here with VM. Not good considering an email address can be a very important thing these days.

I resolved all my issues using advice from forum. The website is too complicated, and there are ridiculous amounts of hurdles to jump to succeed!
