Mailbox is not available

Wifes mailbox not working.

 

I've reset the password but still no good.

What now & how can i tell if its blocked by security team?

Sorry to hear that your wife has been unable to access her email address.  And sorry for any inconvenience that this may be causing. If the email address is linked to an active broadband account, I would ask does the issue exist on both our webmail and via 3rd party email clients?  As you've reached out to us, I would like to look on your behalf, to check that everything is as it should be on our side.
