Mailbox is not available

Good Evening

I have been trying to log into my blueyonder account via webmail but get this message - 'Your mailbox is not available at the moment'. This started about noon today and is still  not resolved. Can someone help with this, please?

Do you have a current VM broadband account to which the email account concerned is connected?

When checking the email address on mailtester.com does it show as a valid address?

Yes to both questions. I have sent a separate email to the mod team so hopefully this problem can be resolved sooner rather than later.

Thanks for posting and welcome to the community. Apologies for the email issue. Have you tried using via a Client, as well as webmail? If so, do you get the same response?

I have tried both options (webmail and Client) and the response is the same.

Can you tell me if you can clear the cache on any browsers that you've used, and then attempt to access the web mail account after this has been completed?

Thanks David_Bn, much appreciated.

I have cleared the cache (did that yesterday) and spoken to the Virgin Media Helpdesk who reset the password on the account. None of these measures worked. All my email correspondence comes via my blueyonder email account so I am completely lost without it. Is there anything else I need to do? I'll try the Helpdesk on 150 again.

Hi Chris,

I spoke with the help desk and they were not helpful. They suggested reseting the password again, which hasn't worked. I don't think they understand the problem. I have lost two days of work because of this debacle. Anything you can do to help resolve this would be much appreciated.
