I have been trying to log into my blueyonder account via webmail but get this message - 'Your mailbox is not available at the moment'. This started about noon today and is still not resolved. Can someone help with this, please?
I have cleared the cache (did that yesterday) and spoken to the Virgin Media Helpdesk who reset the password on the account. None of these measures worked. All my email correspondence comes via my blueyonder email account so I am completely lost without it. Is there anything else I need to do? I'll try the Helpdesk on 150 again.
I spoke with the help desk and they were not helpful. They suggested reseting the password again, which hasn't worked. I don't think they understand the problem. I have lost two days of work because of this debacle. Anything you can do to help resolve this would be much appreciated.
