Mailbox Unavailable

My mailbox has been unavailable since Friday 21st April 2023. I have changed my password several times as suggested without success. I am unable to access my mailbox via webmail or 3rd party mail client. I have raised a support ticket but so far I have not been contacted regarding the issue. Please advise. Thanks.

Thanks for confirming that. Can you please provide us with the exact error you see when attempting to access your mailbox via the WebMail service, and the 3rd-party application?

How are you changing your password? Please be aware that your My Virgin Media and Mailbox passwords are no longer linked.
