Mailbox Unavailable


I was using my email via the webmail today and it suddenly wouldn't send an email. Then when I tried to refresh the page I cannot get back in and get this message:

Your mailbox is not available at the moment.

Please retry again in one hour and make sure you are using the correct password to access your email from all of your devices.

If the problem continues, please call our team for help on 150 from a Virgin Media phone or mobile, or 0345 454 1111 from any other phone and select option 2. For details about how much it costs to call our team from a Virgin Media home phone, visit Call costs from other networks and mobiles vary.

I tried calling but don't have a Virgin account - all I have is the email address so the phoneline doesn't seem like it can help.

This is my main email account so really need to get back into it - any help really appreciated.

Unfortunately as you are not a Virgin Media broadband customer it is unlikely that you will be able to regain access to the orphaned account.
