Mailbox Unavailable

Mailbox unavailable since 8th February!!!

Several phone calls via 150 since this date have resulted in no difference other than we keep being told a 'ticket has been raised' in relation to the VM IT Dept

This has ranged from 24 hours to 5 days!!!

I have read through other posts which have had the same issues but can see nothing that helps

The issue is on our business email and not the one under which I am signed in - this is to allow access to any responses

This is getting serious now as we run our business from home and use the business email constantly

Someone please help

I am so sorry to hear this, I can see a ticket was raised bit there has been no update on this. I can look into this for you. I will pop you over a message and we can go from there, just keep an eye out for the purple envelope
