Mailbox Unavailable

When I login to virginmedia I receive the following message on my emails

Your mailbox is not available at the moment.

Please retry again in one hour and make sure you are using the correct password to access your email from all of your devices.

If the problem continues, please call our team for help on 150 from a Virgin Media phone or mobile, or 0345 454 1111 from any other phone and select option 2. For details about how much it costs to call our team from a Virgin Media home phone, visit Call costs from other networks and mobiles vary.

This has been since 13th December as I currently import my messages from my "blueyonder" account to my gmail account.

I phoned Virgin and they reset my password and said it would work in an hour. I was skeptical but had no choice to trust the person!!

It did not fix the problem so rang back again. Was told the same answer!!! I explained the previous call and my call was flagged to receive some engineer help within 5 days

Guess what it didn't fix my problem

I have just rung Virgin again and now I just get the engaged tone.

Any help will be appreciated. Thanks

Re: Mailbox Unavailable

Hi lianka999,

Thanks for posting and sorry to hear you're having some issues accessing your email account.

If this is a Blueyonder account it could be that this post is relevant.

I've popped you over a private message to get a few more details, but I do need to set the expectation that I may not be able to fix this.
