When I login to virginmedia I receive the following message on my emails
Your mailbox is not available at the moment.
Please retry again in one hour and make sure you are using the correct password to access your email from all of your devices.

This has been since 13th December as I currently import my messages from my "blueyonder" account to my gmail account.
I phoned Virgin and they reset my password and said it would work in an hour. I was skeptical but had no choice to trust the person!!
It did not fix the problem so rang back again. Was told the same answer!!! I explained the previous call and my call was flagged to receive some engineer help within 5 days
Guess what it didn't fix my problem
I have just rung Virgin again and now I just get the engaged tone.
