Mailbox Unavailable

'Your mailbox is not available at the moment.

Please retry again in one hour and make sure you are using the correct password to access your email from all of your devices.'

 

been getting this error for days now.

I upgraded my internet today, and it tells me they will email me for further details to confirm, I can't get into my inbox though so I need it to work for me to finish upgrading.

I have already changed my password

Can someone help me please? Thanks

Try following the steps set out here:

https://www.virginmedia.com/help/virgin-media-mail-my-email-account-is-locked

If that doesn't work post back and the VM Forum Team should be able to help.

So the steps I follow are to change my password? When I stated that I already have? 

 

Ok, I'll state it again, I have already changed my password

 

Step 3 I can't do, because I am locked out of the mailbox.
