Mailbox Unavailable

My wife's mailbox has been unavailable since around 15th June with the try in an hour message. This isn't the first time this has happened. Resetting password does no good. Advice please.

Is this a secondary account on your VM account or is your wife the account holder?  The answer is key to how the VM staff can help you.

That doesn't answer the question as to who is the account holder.  Is the primary account in your name or your wife's name?

Yes, I am the primary account holder, my wife is a secondary account holder. I would ring but the last time I tried, I held for two hours and then got cut off. In fact the whole Virgin Media experience is fairly grim so this may be the final straw. It must be at least three times this year my wife has had issues with not being able to access her e-mail and customer support is shocking!
