My mailbox is unavailable, i need this resolving asap please.
Still not available, no reply, when will this be resolved? and i note my bill has increased by £15 this month.Edit: It is for a secondary account.
I have, naturally, changed the password. The machine i am using is a new installation of Windows 10. I am unable to access the mailbox, via desktop, laptop and mobile phone, so it is clearly not a problem at my end.
