Mailbox Unavailable

Hi, I am trying to access my Emails, however it's saying 'mailbox unavailable' for around a week now. I have had this account for at least 10 years without any issues at all. 

Below is the message I'm receiving. I need access to this email account as it's my main one.

Your mailbox is not available at the moment.

Please retry again in one hour and make sure you are using the correct password to access your email from all of your devices.

If the problem continues, please call our team for help on 150 from a Virgin Media phone or mobile, or 0345 454 1111 from any other phone and select option 2. For details about how much it costs to call our team from a Virgin Media home phone, visit virginmedia.com/callcosts. Call costs from other networks and mobiles vary.

Is there a fix for this or can anyone help. Thanks!

I keep receiving the same message and I am waiting to hear if IT have fixed it.

Yes, Still receiving this message

It's on any device or web browser. (iphone or ipad, google chrome etc.) The account is @ntlworld.com account.
