Mailbox Unavailable

Hi,

Been struggling with getting any sort of resolution on the helpline to my "mailbox unavailable" error - had it for over 20 days!!!!

Looks like I'm not the only one judging by the messages on here.

It's an ntlworld account if that's relevant?

Can someone help?!

Thanks for getting back to me to provide those details @nigelhook. I've passed them over to a colleague who is able to help further and as soon as I have an update I'll get back to you - I imagine it shouldn't be more than 2-3 days. If there's anything else in the meantime please let us know.

That's interesting to hear it's an NTL account as mine is a Virgin Media account. My husband and I both have email addresses but it is only mine which has been affected for 10 days.
