I have been receiving the following message when I login to my email account:

at the moment.
Or you may not have an active mail account with us.
If you have an existing Virgin Media mailbox please try
changing your password in the first instance as this
may unlock the account following a security
precaution taken by our email team
Can you help me access my account please? Have I been locked out?
The email associated with this forum account is different to the one used for my Virgin Mail. Please ask for my ntlworld.com email via private message 🙂
