For the third year running, I have had my access to my email removed. I access my mail most often using Chrome on a laptop but sometimes on my android phone - again using the Chrome browser.
It's happened on at least two occasions before and I never know why and it is such a palaver to get sorted. I last accessed my email yesterday morning - in the usual fashion by submitting email address and password. I didn't get the password wrong several times either.
I wonder whether the frequency of this occurrence is something to do with a system task that is being carried out on certain accounts (I used to be with TalkTalk but that was a long time ago).
I would be interested to hear if anyone else had had the same thing happen.
