Mailbox Unavailable

Unable to access my Email, same issue as everybody else, tried clearing my cache and using other browsers to sign in, no luck. Any help would be appreciated

Are you seeing the mailbox unavailable message try again in an hour?

If so then your mailbox has probably been locked for security reasons.

Try changing the password for the address via your My Virgin Media account or by using the forgotten password link.

If you still have the same issue after this post back so that the VM Forum Team can assist.

Hi, I haven’t been on my email in years as it is an old one. I need access to it so I can access a verification code that has just been sent to it. I’ve just tried to login in and it’s told me my mailbox is unavailable. Please could you help. Thanks.
