Mailbox Not Available

I haven't been able to access my email for over 24 hours due to the message "Your mailbox is not available at the moment".

A few details:

  • I have tried logging in on both Chrome (laptop and phone) and Firefox (just laptop), same problem.
  • I have an active broadband account with Virgin Media since 2011.
  • It is an @virginmedia.com email address.
  • MailTester.com says my email address is valid.
  • I can log into the Virgin Media website with the same details just fine, so it's not a password problem.

What can I do?

Sorry to hear that you're not able to access your mailbox. We currently have a fault ticket raised for this (Ref F007884168) and the estimated fix time is 23/03/20. 

 

Please be patient with us as we investigate this fault and sorry for the inconvenience caused.
